Break-in Repairs
We'd rather you call us before you have a break-in, but we can help in making repairs if you've already been victimized.
Most break-ins are a result of jamb failure. We can repair broken wooden door jambs. Whether or not the lock needs to be repaired or replaced, we can repair the wooden jamb and trim (don't throw any of those parts away!). We can either bring the door back just to where it can be securely locked again, or we can bring it to the point where a final sanding and painting would remove any evidence that there had been a break-in. In either case, we will make sure the strike plate is securely attached to the wall framing.
